Remote Announcement Recording Via Vector

Hello to all,
has anyone ever designed a vector in the ACM that could be used to select and record specific announcements remotely rather than utilize the remote-access dial in? I have a significant number of users that are now remote and i would love to provide them with an IPO style call tree that would give them access to announcements via a menu and prompting.. Just curious if anyone has ever built something and had a design to share.

I'd say use EC500. You need console permissions in a class of service which means you need to be an on-net extension.
