We are looking into using a remote location for some of the call center activites.

Meridaian1 opt61c, symposium 5.0

Here is my question. With a can set up constant Internet connection (with Vlan, and QOS, talking 768 to T1). Is it possible to have remote phones controlled just as they set here in house. If so (which I believe is possible) is there any advice anyone would have for us?

For IP phones, we have put a CS1000B in a remote office and hung it off the main office which is at Succession 4.0 (Meridian Option 81, SCCS 4.2).

For TDM phones, you could probably use a 9150.

Right now remote site has a nortel BCM version 3.7 at it's location. we have spoken with Vendor and I know they can be attached.

What I am trying to figure out is if it would be better to try and just running IP phones to them and control here from here. Or if we should just try and connect to there BCM. We would have more control the first way, but I am not sure about quality.
