Hey all... hopefully someone can shed some light on this. I have a Win2K webserver that sits in a DMZ, and is not part of my domain, and I need to install a remote agent on it to get my backups working properly. The server that runs the backup *is* part of my domain, therefore, whenever I try to install the agent to the webserver, it can't be seen. TIA!

There is a .bat file on the BackupExec CD at:

\WINNT\BE\INSTALL\ENG\I386\NTAA\setupaa.cmd

This will automatically install the service for you and all you need to do is to start it in the services menu.
