Remote Agent Logout across tenants

I have come across an issues where I have managers that want to logout agent who have left for the day, but have a different TN code then the agent.

I have confirmed that if the reside in a different tenant, the rem Logout Ag results in a waive off instead of the standard 3 beeps.

The Tenants have different COS Tenant 1 has COS 1 and Tenant 2 has COS 2

trace reveals "denial event 1770: Rmt Logout tenant number" - no issues if TN on agent is changed to same as manager.

You need to have Console Permissions, which is not something to be given out lightly. Maybe someone else has a solution?

I think even WITH console permissions, it won't work from a different Tenant.
