Good Morning,

We are using CMS Supervisor 16.3 with Avaya ASA 6.0.
Is there a way to see in our call center agents are being logout of the Call center queue remotely rather than logging out themselves at the phone? Wondering if either using CMS or ASA we can tell if they are being remotely logged out or not?
