Remote agent crashes on Restore but backs up fine 1

I have BE 9 installed on a w2k server, exchange 5.5 on a NT 4.0 server both machines are patched and up-to-date.

I am able to run backups fine, backing up files and folders and exchange mailboxes etc. I can restore files , but when I try to restore a mailbox the job will run for approx, 10 minutes then the agent on the machine being backed up crashes

Dr. watson gives the error oxC000005 access violation. I'm not sure why its doing this, I dont think its a permission thing seeing as other jobs are able to run on that server. If anyone has any insight, that would be greatly appreciated.

Install HOTFIX 33 and re-push the remote agent
Hotfix 33 is specific to your error. The remote agent must must have the same version of files to resolve the problem

After applied all your patched you have to re-push the agents

I applied hotfix 33, that error stopped and I was able to restore. Thank you.
