Remote Agent and Exchange Agent

Hi,
We have a Backup Exec 8.5 server and a separate Exchange 5.5 server.
I can install the remote agent to the exchange box fine. However, I can't install the exchange agent for some reason.
Therefore, we are unable to see our information store from the Backup Exec server.
FYI, we have successfully installed Outlook on the backup server, and are using a privilaged account. We can backup files ok, and have even tried installing BE8.5 on the exchange server to see if that would help. Same result.

from what i remeber you have to install the exchange admin console on your backup server aswell,

Then the info store + ds will appear in the remote options lists
