Remote Administration

Gents,

I am want to use remote administration with a ver 7.0 Partner. What connector do you need to make this work on com ports? Can admin be done on the lan port of the processor card? Is the lan port functional?

The LAN port does not do anything (yet, at least in release 7)

To connect through the serial port, you need a 355A (or AF) adapter, a Cat-5 patch cord, and a DB-25 to DB-9 adapter (assuming the computer you want to use has a 9-pin serial port)
