Would like some feedback on this problem, any would be apprieciated.
Trying to connect to win 2000 server via terminal services, for remote admin of said server. have ip of server, but can't get access, i think it's because of the alcatel speedtouch router/gateway not letting me through, the server is also configured with ISA.(which is configured to let all ip traffic through) How do i tell the modem/router to let me in...so i can get access to the 2k server.etc
Details:
Alcatel Speedtouch Pro Router/modem 4 port
not configured for dhcp...etc (is on the server)
windows 2000 server (with 30 internal clients hanging off of it) getting there addresses via servers' dhcp
ps. a side issue, i need to access the server because they are going offline at times, and then reconnecting apparenlty all on there own, very weired, unless it's there isp, which i've checked and they say it's not them...
appreciate any comments re this matter..
thks
