Remote Administration Error

I have installed remote administration on my workstation. When I try to connect to the server I get the error:

You do not have the permissions required to complete the operation.

Microsoft Exchange Directory
ID no: DS_E_INSUFFICIENT_ACCESS_RIGHTS

I am the Domain Administrator, I have complete rights to every NT server. I have checked the Exchange server itself and made sure my account has complete permissions.

Any ideas?
