remote accessing merlin legend with audix

what do i need to perform switch administration on a merlin legend if i am dialing in through an audix??

A Tip/Ring port looped to a CO port. The CO port programmed as Remote Access. A Barrier Code assigned for System Programming. And, I don't know Audix, a way to transfer from the Auto Attendant to the Tip/Ring station.

Set up a mail box in audix that is the Tip/Ring port ext number

Hi Tom, I believe you would need to setup a "transfer only" extension, COS 20 in the Intuity. Both you and Merlin Man have taken us to school on the loop around trick. I recall Merlin Man's thread 689-539300 on this topic.

Thanks, guys. I do Merlin Mail and Merlin Messaging all the time, but Audix is one animal that I didn't get to woodshed on. I'm starting to be able to create mailboxes and such, so it's not such a baffling beast.
