Is there any way to add pauses in the dial string in WINSPM. I have an auto attendant and I want to be able to dial 0 to get to the operator so she can transfer me to *10.

Just use commas for the pauses. You'll have to experiment a bit to get the timing right.

If You have a Merlin Messenger on the system you can do a **10 on the voicemail auto attnd. so on your winspm you can type (9,,XXXXXXX,,,,,,,**10)and you do not have to go to operator, but there is also an assistance tranfer, the way you do it you get a 2 line spliter and ane line to your modem and the other end to a regular phone, dial the number and ask to be transfer to *10, and then click O.K. on screen.
