Have a customer experiencing problems trying to enter a remote access password. He gets to #730 in programming and the normal Passowrd-Data prompt - but when he enters a single digit - the display switches to "Changes-Save" - and does not allow him to enter the full password. This is an ACS R7 Processor. Any suggestions on how to get a password entered would be appreciated. Is there a minimum length required? Can it simply be made: 123456? Does something have to be erased first?
