Remote access

I am having a problem dialing into my system remotely. I checked the dialtone and modem and they are ok. it has been working for the past 5 years without a problem, is there anything i can do onsite to correct this problem..

I wonder what kind of phone system you have, and did you check the dial tone and modem on your end, or on the phone system end? Are you using Winspm to dial into a Legend or Magix system? Is it remote from you or are you and your "dial out" modem on the same phone system?

Have someone on site, power cycle the switch.
