Can anyone help with this prob. Trying to connectto a pc remotely using netmeeting. I am going through a cisco 2514 router with nat. I know to remotely control a pc through netmeeting you have to type the computer name or ip address. In this scenario I have one valid ip address through a cisco router. My internal lan uses unroutable 192.x.x.x address. Any ideas out there???

You can use PAT by statically mapping anything that comes in for that port to the box you want to connect to (192.168.xx.xx)

Don't be content with being average. Average is as close to the bottom as it is to the top

Set a static nat entry for your external address, port 389 to the 192.168.x.x address, port 389. (Netmeeting uses 389 if you hadn't guessed already)

set ip nat inside/outside source static...
