One more request, and thanks in advance!!!

Partner ACS R5 and Partner Messaging R1.

I have a line set to hunt group six, connects fine when I dial in on that line.

When I try the autoattendant access, it transfers me to the extension programed in selector code 7.

WHAT am I doing wrong???????????

Thanks,

Totally Confused, aka Jeff

Since you are using 7 as a selector code, dial *876 to reach the remote access modem. Be sure to make a transfer only mailbox for 76 as well.

TTT,

Thanks a million, it's nice to be able to dial in!!!

One more questions...how do I allow people to dial in from outside the system, and check for messages?

Thanks again,

Jeff

Let the Automated Attendant message begin to play, press *7 for the login prompts to pickup mail (or administrate via remote).

TTT,

Thanks a bunch again!!!!

Jeff
