Remote Access to Windows CE 5.2 device from Windows PC

Hi

I have some motorola MC3190 barcode scanners with wireless connection to the internet.
The operating system they use is Windows CE 5.2.

Is there any software out there whereby I can logon to the device from my PC to support technical issues with the handsets?

I am based in the UK and we have a production site in Poland so every time they have an issue they have to send the handsets to me and I have different settings in the uk so I may fix the issue here but when it gets back to Poland it may not work.
