I have an Emergency mailbox setup in VM Pro, I have it setup to press 7 on AA, that is sent to GetMail. I have setup source numbers on the Emergency ext that correlates to the numbers that the employee will be calling from. When the user calls in, presses 7 for the the mailbox, it still asks them for the extension and password. I would like for it to just let them access their voicemail box if they are calling from one of the numbers in the "source numbers" listed on their extension.

What I did see is that when the call is being transferred to VM, it shows it coming from "Main Incoming" instead of the Cell CID.

Thanks

- You are running VMPro in IP Office-mode? (Not Intuity)
- The V-number in source code matches exactly the external number? (like leading 0 or country/area-code if that's presented in the CallerID
- Try making a unique ICR for the external number, sending it straight to a Getmail-action with the name of the extension in the specific tab.

Kind regards

Gunnar

- I am running Intuity mode VM Pro
- The V-number in source matches what is being sent. But I actually see the following message when the user tries to call into the system and attempts to access the VM.

This is the message I started receiving today. It fails then makes you add the mailbox and password in.
Logon failed due to incorrect userId/password. Application: Voicemail Box. Username: Main Incoming

This is the message I received in the past. It used to say "EmergencyMailbo" now is says Main Incoming. I believe that is where my issue is, but not sure how to fix it.
Logon failed due to incorrect userId/password. Application: Voicemail Box. Username: EmergencyMailbo

Thanks
Chad

Switch to IP Office-mode, it's not supported for Intuity mailbox users (as stated in the VMPro docs)

Kind regards

Gunnar
