Remote access to voicemail on Callpilot

Can anyone tell me how to remotely access the callpilot to retrieve messages when you are out of the office? The client has a bcm400 with PRI and ddi.

You can find this in the user guides. I would recommend looking at those. You would call in and when the AA or a Mailbox greeting answers press **<Mailbox number + password># and that will get you in.

I have been informed that ** is for the rest of the world and '88' is for the UK. Found this out the hard way, but the documentation i have does not tell you this.
