Remote Access to VM Set-up

Hello:

I have a retail store running basic (11.0), and two of the SIPs are designated to a single administrative office. I have VM set up for this user, but I'm having some trouble getting remote access set-up. Is there a way to do it without having to go through the AA?

not sure if basic does the same the the "real" IP Office does but once the mailbox answers you can try dialing *7 and see if you get the mailbox login

If not then maybe there is also a breakout (2 and 3) that can be programmed and the can be sent to the mailbox login *17

this is of course all working on the essential and preferred edition but I have never installed a basic edition so it may not actually be an option. But it is worth a try I thought.
