Remote access to SVMi-20e

HI Does anyone know how to connect to the SVMI-20e voicemail card on a 7200, I have been give some ports to forward to the voicemail card but still have not joy connect to it while using the DM tool?

Device Manager doesn't support connection to a SVMi-20e, only the SVMi-20I. You would need Hyperterminal or similar program to connect to the SVMi20e.

Check port 6001 is forwarded to SVMi20I's IP Address. Also TCP 21. What version is the SVMi-20I?

HI Thanks for all your help, i have now fixed this issue, it was to do with adding the pubic ip in to the tables and setting it to Pubic with private.
