Hi,

I would like to set it up so that employees can connect to the server from home to work when needed.

I understand that Remote Web Workplace is an option which I will set up, but some employees will be taking their work laptops home to work, so wont be able to do remote desktop (as the pc will obviously not be at work but at home).

My Question: How can you connect to the network, exactly like you would at work with all of the same features (access to files on the network, e-mail etc.) but from home, using your work laptop to do so? Is this possible? Or should we stick to remote web workplace and leave all the laptops on and plugged into the network at the office?

Many thanks,
D

Set up a VPN so they can connect to the office network from home. The setup is done via a wizard and is easy to setup, we use it here for our home workers

Thanks a lot biglebowski, I'll give that a bash.
