Morning,

Have been helping out a friend, who has no IT at the company she works for. She has a Windows 2000 Server (with SBS2000) that was still on SP3, so we updated to SP4. Now, I cannot connect through Remote Desktop Connection as before. The computer is running fine, with no errors or warnings in the event log. I can view the computer management via another computer at their office, and have checked to see if Terminal Services is running, and it is. Would anyone have any comments/possible solutions to this issue?

Thanks,

Gizmo

Double check that SP4 did not reset/disable RRAS... you may need to reenable/rebuild your dialup policies...
