I have an intuity voicemail that I am unable to access remotely. I have confirmed the line is good. I also swapped the AYC54 board but still can not connect. I even connected the modem to another line with the same result. The modem answers but does not sound like a good connection. I hear a constant modem tone until it finally times out. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I would check your IP Codec sets, if you are using CM, see what you have "Modem" set to on page 2 of "change ip-codec x" (where x is 1 through 7, and corresponds the the IP Codec set you are using for the IP-Network-Region of the Gateway or G650 your analog station is in, if you are using a DID for the modem)
Try setting the "Modem" to "pass-through"
