Can anyone tell me what software is needed to remotely administer the intuity audix system? I am using winspm software to connect to the Merlin Legend but have no idea if there is a modem or what software is needed for the audix. Thanks

It kind of depends on what you have. If your Audix system has a network card installed and setup, there is a thread on here for a freeware program called Putty. The software that we use here is Avaya's Site Administration. We use this to either dial in or if the network part is setup to telnet in. If you search for Terminal Emulators on here you should come across some threads for other programs also.
Hope this helps you at least some.

If it is a LX, you can only use the Web page to remotely admin....R5.1, you can use ASA.

In the future everything will work...

Ussually with a Intuity on a Legend, a thing called "Passthrough" is used where u call anyone at the Legend locatoin, and they do some code to 'passthrough" u over to the Intuity. I use to sit next to some people that worked on Intuity on legends, so I heard them talking aabout it, but am not trained on it myself.
Post your problem over in the Merlin forum and they may be able to help u.

ASA - Under Advanced > Start Emulation if you have a network card on the box.
