I am attempting to use E-Term to give me remote access to the voice mail. Display looks fine at the beginnnig then seems to get a little messed up. What kind of emulation should I be using? VT100?

How to I get the Function Keys to work?

thanks

I had the same issue, whatI ended up doing is going through passthru in spm, then I had no issues.

thanks jinxs, I did find the passthrough feature. It'll get the job done i guess.

While running our IT help desk, WinSPM takes way to long to open when you have someone on the other end of the phone needing to get into their voicemail and can't remember their password and the Intutiy is in another building.

I guess it helps if I read the manual. I can use the terminal emulation program without a problem now. Much faster. Just had to find the Function keys substitutes in the Documentation.

I don't know if this will work in an Intuity but I've found that when I remotely connect to a Definity, which the screens are very simular, with regards to Fn keys, the ATT 4410 terminal type works best. I have to set it in my communcations program before connecting and then select it in the definity.
