Remote Access to Call Pilot 1

I have a BCM 400 R4.0. I have remote access via Element Manager to the BCM and his works great. BCM Monitor also works. When I launch Call Pilot, I get the "page not found" message. I have Ports 5989,60001, and 443 open. Can anyone help?

My guess is everyone's java is auto updating to 1.6 but patches are needed on the BCM's for 1.6.....reverting back can help I hear.

I have changed my Java back to 1.5 and I still get the "page not found" http 404 error. Any other thoughts.

I still believe there is a patch but not able to prove it yet.

Are you connecting through a modem and then launching EM or do you have a VPN? Try launching voice mail manager from the applications link within EM.

I am doing a http session and trying to open CP thru the Application Menu. No Luck

Have you tried straight from a browser? or only from Element Manager? If from the browser, what does your address look like? Did you use https or just http?
