Remote access to Call Pilot over WAN

How can I access Call Pilot 150 from a remote location using the ip address specified in the Installation manuel for the Call Pilot? Will I be able to access through the local LAN at the customer location? Thanks in advance!

You have to first login to the Call Pilot Via laptop and set the IP address to the Customer network, then reboot. once you do that you will be able to access it from any computer on the same network.

You need to establish an Static IP Number for the CAllPilot in the settings portion of the directory. Word of advise it would be best to invest in a switch that sits in front of there lan network and firewalls. When you log into the switch from inside the faclility you are actually going out via the wan back to the callpilot. WOrks wonderfully.
