Our remote access to our BCM has disappeared. When dialing into the built-in ras server I hear modem connection tone, authentication then disconnection. I get a error message of connection disabled from server. When I look at the BCM locally under the V.90 tab everything has seemed to disappear. Has anyone seen this before? Is there a glitch in the software. Have I turned something off by mistake? This is a software 3.0. I have a dedicated pots line connected for dial-up access and this has worked for about a week. I come from programing the Avaya platform, this is my first Nortel product so I am still learning. Thank-you for your help!

I have not seen the info disappear. Did you setup a username and password for remote connrctions. Supervisor, visor. I have seen the modems go bad in the BCM's. Access your BCM's server and check the modem. Worse case call nortel for support.
