remote access to bcm 450 with PRI

I am using a dial-up modem connection to access a BCM 450 R5. I temporarily had a GATM 4 with a loop start line and the dial up worked fine. Now with the PRI installed i am diaing in using a target line. I have told the BCM to answer the target line. The BCM answers but times out before I can access the password part of Element manager. Is there any different setting using the PRI to access the internal modem?

I've run into a lot of issues connecting to any BCM over PRI, especially when it is a SIP to PRI through an IAD. If that's the case ask the service provider to make connections to that particular DID G.711. That will give you a cleaner signal with a higher sampling rete. Also you could try lowering your baud rate in the modem in your PC. Start low, something like 4800, and if stable, keep increasing it.
