Remote Access to a win2k domain

Can anyone help me?

I have a windows NT4 machine that is used for internet and email and printing.(this is not a BDC it uses a trusted domain relationship)

I have another server that is a PDC(Primary Domain Controller)

How can i set up remote acces on my win2k PDC if people dial into the NT4 server that has the ISDN card connected to it?
