Remote access to a BCM 400

We just purchase a BCM 400 with 2 t-1s, (1)4 port cliid, (1)32 port dsm and 32 voice mail seats. We have a frame relay data network. We would like to access the BCM 400 using a vpn connection. What do we need to know to make this work?
