Hi,
I'm trying to set up remote access to a 3300 through a teleworker server. The server is on mas 6.1 (old I know but the customers philosophy is if it ain't broke don't fix it).

I've put our office externl IP in the remote access and we can browse to the server manager fine. I've enabled IP phone support but when I click on the connect to ICP another window pops up but just seems to time out.

I've also tried setting up a pptp vpn which connects but I still can't browse to the 3300.

Any ideas?

For remote access through a MSL server you need to set up your internet-router to pass port 1723 (VPN-port) on to your server. In the server you change your useraccount with VPN access to YES, create a windows-VPN-connection on your laptop/computer in your office and it should work fine.

Your office's external IP in the remote access is not important, this is only for browser to your MSL-server, not to get acces to your internal network.
