remote access programming

hello,
how do you set up remote programming [ability to programme bcm from remote pc using browser]
i have isdn2 only [no pri, no adsl]
i have no bcm v90

is your BCM connected to your LAN?
is there a WAN/ Internet link to your LAN?

if hte answer to both these are YES, hten that's how u can connect to the bcm with appropriate router configuration/ permissions or by using a VPN client

I am also interested in basic info for this topic. I'm trying to find out what's needed in general to access BCM's remotely.Is a modem required?, what are prerequisites for my computer at home?, how about any software needed?
