Remote access problem

Hi there,
I have 2 computer in a home network , one whit xp and one whit linux. The internet is entering thrue the xp comp. The problem is that i want to access my linux comp by the internet whit anything like ssh. I think i must do something like fowarding a port the my other comp but how can i do that ? help me plz ...
