Does anyone know if there is a port change or security setting in 9.1.7 that will restrict remote access? I have ports 69 and 50794 UDP and 50802, 50804, 50808 and 50812 TCP forwarded on two different systems but I get a network error when attempting to access via Manager remotely. One of those systems worked perfectly on 7.0 prior to upgrade and after copying the config from the old switch to the new (including the same LAN IP) it no longer works.

You have to use the corresponding secure ports. The ones you mentioned +1 I think. Look into IP Office Port Matrix. But I can't recommend to remote acces IPO that way.

Good
NEVER Port forward maintenance ports to the IPO unless they have been secured from known addresses only (even than it is not the best Idea, far better to have a secure VPN connection.)

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
