remote access policy

I was wondering if anyone could please shed some light on this issue I'm having.

(I'm sure it's extremely simple to)

I want to apply a remote access policy to a selfmade group.

I know how to make the policy I just do not know how to apply the policy to the specific group.

for example, I want to apply PPTP and L2TP to a group instead of just giving that user dial-in access in Active directory.

Info would be appreciated!
