Hello all, I'm running into a problem accessing one of my customer sites remotely. When I dial in, I get the stutter tone, I enter the barrier code, *10, and get the password box. The problem is that when I start to enter the password, I enter 2 or 3 characters and it then kicks it back with the invalid password error message. I try again and it then disconnects me completely. This site recently went from CO's to a channel bank, and the quality is noticably different. Anyone else ever experience this issue?
