Remote Access into MAS/MSS 1

I am having issues dialing into a MSS or MAS. I use the dial up networking window, user name and password, password is not verified. If I check the show terminal window and dial in, i get prompted to enter login and password. when it gives me cannot access tty must use web or console??? Am i missing a remote login/password?

On the MSS you need to use the sappp or craftppp login and password to connect, then the web browser to administer. On the MAS usually the techical support account and password have RAS dial in permissions.
