Remote Access for User

I have a user that I need to give remote access permission to on Windows 2000 Server. However, I do not want that person in the Administrators or Power Users groups. I just want to allow them to login (basically). However, I do not see a group called anything like "Remote Users" or anything to add their profile to.

This machine is not part of an Active Directory domain or anything. I is basically a stand-alone machine.

How can I get this done?

just enable guest account and set a password for it.

I would rather not enable that account. Isn't there a group policy on the machine, or an administration area where I can manage this?

What are you looking to have them do?

No administrative tasks. Just login and have access to a few (non-administrative) programs and directories.
