Remote access for our clients - advice needed

We are a small computer shop with clients that have Sonicwall VPN boxes. We would like to setup a box for our office with SA's to each client, making us the "hub", so we can remote access to them to troubleshoot problems.
Is anyone else doing this? If so, any ideas what problems we may encounter? What are you charging for services like this?
I'd appreciate any advice you can offer. It sounds like a great idea for our customers as well as ourselves.
