Our office has a 824 with DR5 installed. We have just the base unit with no extra modules. We currently have 6 POTS lines going into the system. The system is working great and we are pleased. Now I need to have the ability to dial into the system so that I can acquire a line from the line pool to make an outgoing call. I want it to appear that I am calling from the office when in fact I will be calling remotely. I have tried to accomplish this task however I just get an alarm telling me no DISA receivers. It would appear that I need a card with two receivers built into the card. Is that correct? If so, can I plug the card into the base unit or do I need another module to hang next to the base unit?
In short, I need to know what hardware I need to accomplish this task. Then I need to know what programming I need to accomplish to make this work. In advance, thank you. Joe
