RAD is to allow for Remote Access so that Norstar Remote Utilities can be used to program, backup or restore the KSU.
You can use the Telephone Simulator on the screen to program the KSU or the Callpilot (minimal programming) but you cannot use it to record greetings.
For remote programming of the Callpilot in full you need to put it on the network then VPN (or public IP) to the Callpilots IP.
From the browser you can choose a set or an external number to record greetings or upload pre-recorded greetings.
