Remote Access Connection Manager

Hi Guys,

I am trying to create a windows VPN connection on my windows 2003 server (standard edition, SP1) but i cannot seem to start the Remote Access Connection Manager service.

Wheh i try to start it i get the following error:

'Error 1068:The dependency group or service failed to start'

Does anybody have any ideas?

What service Remote Access Connection Manager needs to function properly:
Telephony
Plug and Play
Remote Procedure Call

check if these services are up and running

The telephony service was not started, all working now.

next time with an error message like this, open the service mmc, choose the service in question, right click-properties and have a look at the dependencies tab
