Remote Access *10?

Other then being internally transferred using the *10 feature, are there any other ways to remote access our Merlin Magix and Legend 3.0 v7.0 switches?

I have found an application called INI Socket Magix and was wondering if anyone is using this application and if so is easy to install? And is it a secure and dependable application.

You can also setup remote access through a little used trunk with a barrier code.
