remote acces installed on my web server

I am searching for something that I could install on my hosted web server, that would allow me to have web conferencing and give me the ability to take over remote desktops.

I know I could use web ex or gotomypc, but I want my customers to go to my site to accomplish this.

Anyone have any experience with this?

Look at Ultra VNC, you can create an executable that they can download off you site. After that they just run it and you have access, best of all is it doesn't install any software and is free. I use it for my users at work.
