We are interested in using our phone system to warn employees about the approaching hurricane. We would like to do this by remotely putting the phone system in holiday mode, and changing the holiday greeting from a remote location. Can this be done using a regular touchtone phone on an external line? How would one accomplish this? Does anyone else recommend other suggestions to get the message out to the employees without using a phone tree or email?
