Do remote 96xx phones support failover to a secondary system in the event the primary goes down?
I'm fairly sure they don't but just wanted to make sure as the KB is not very clear. The specific text I'm looking at says the following:
Am I correct in thinking that 96xx phones don't have a primary/alternate gateway, and as a result, won't failover when configured as a remote extension? Or does it just require configuration somewhere in their 96xx settings txt file?
Thanks

Resiliency is not supported on remote worker phones which are not on the customer premises. This is in contrast to Remote Worker phones with a remote Primary Gateway address. The use of the alternate gateway's private/public address is determined by the remote extension's configuration setting.
