Hi I'm loking for some help on my 9150 problem. I've installed 13 9150 and they all have the same problem witch is clipping during a conversation. All these 9150's are on different parts of the networks. Also I think I have bandwith issues because their are certian sites that are use MCRS and its affects the ringing what can I do?
Can somebody Help me.

Hi,

Are you running this over a LAN or WAN.

Dependant on what version you are running check that the 9150 is capable of running full duplex, Even though the software says you may be able to you still need to check the hard.

Log into the RLC and disable the Voice Activity Detection, Then set the jitter buffer to 90ms.

Click on advanced config and enable NLP on less aggressive mode.

This may be a start.

Have you network guys put a sniffer on the network as they may be either packet loss or packets being delivered in the wrong sequence.

Let me know what happens.

Jason.

Jason, I'm on a wan also on the NLP I know you want me to try less agressive but on which side RLC or 9150 also their using some switches and some routers, should I have use the diffserv for the routers and the 802.1 for the switches is this a must?

Hi,

Set the Less Aggressive on the RLC, Turn up both DiffServ for the remote devices over the WAN and 802.1 for the LAN, It isn't a neccessity buut it could help you out if you don't have a clean circuit,

Let me know what happens,

Jason
