Hi ,
I'm considering trialling a remote 9115 for use to operate a 3905 agent phone under the control of Symposium.
At this time I can only consider using it in PSTN only mode due to QOS issues on my LAN. I expect to see a 10 second call set-up delay this way !
Can anyone tell me if in PSTN only mode & set to dial on demand,does the RLC spoof the agents logged in status whilst the 9115 is offline (after the agent hangs-up after loggiong on). Or does an agent need to be using ONLine mode all the time to stay logged on to Symposium.
